Can micellar water be used to clean makeup brushes?
Micellar water can occasionally be used to clean your makeup brushes by removing light product residue. However, for optimal maintenance and to extend the lifespan of your tools, a dedicated brush cleanser is recommended.
Does micellar water remove waterproof makeup?
Our micellar water does not remove waterproof makeup, as it does not contain oils. Its gentle formula based on glacial water (loaded with minerals and trace elements from Canadian glaciers) and glycerin is designed to cleanse the skin while respecting its natural balance, without leaving an oily film.
To effectively remove long-wear or water-resistant formulas (like waterproof mascaras), we recommend instead using a bi-phase makeup remover or a cleansing oil, which better dissolve stubborn products.
Can micellar water replace a regular cleanser in the morning?
