Can I find out where my order is?
Yes, you can see the updated status of your order in real time. To do this, use the tracking # you received when you confirmed your order. Click directly on it to see the progress of your package in real time.
What are the costs for delivery?
Shipping rates are set at $6.99 for orders within Canada. Shipping is free for all orders of $150 and more delivered in Canada
What are the estimated delivery times?
Your order leaves the warehouse on the same day or the day after you confirm it. (weekdays). Your package will arrive at your home in 24 to 48 business hours* for delivery anywhere in Quebec and Ontario, depending on your area. For delivery to the rest of Canada, delivery times are 3 to 7 business days.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If the order has not been shipped, simply contact us and we will proceed to refund your order.
I purchased items shortly before a promotion day. Is it possible to get the same discount?

For hygienic reasons, no returns or exchanges are possible on all products. All purchases are final sales. If you have received the wrong product by mistake, please contact us. Sans-Façon Cosmétiques will only accept returns in cases of skin reactions, allergies and defective products
