Can I find out where my order is?

Yes, you can see the updated status of your order in real time. To do this, use the tracking # you received when you confirmed your order. Click directly on it to see the progress of your package in real time.

What are the costs for delivery?

Shipping rates are set at $6.99 for orders within Canada. Shipping is free for all orders of $75 and more delivered in Canada

What are the estimated delivery times?

Your order leaves the warehouse on the same day or the day after you confirm it. (weekdays). Your package will arrive at your home in 24 to 48 business hours* for delivery anywhere in Quebec and Ontario, depending on your area. For delivery to the rest of Canada, delivery times are 3 to 7 business days.

How can I be sure that my purchase was made correctly?

We will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email and in your customer account. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us.

Returns and refunds policy

For hygienic reasons, no return or exchange is possible on all products. All purchases made are final sales. If you received the wrong product by mistake, please contact us. Sans-Façon Cosmétiques will accept returns only in cases of skin reactions, allergies and defective products. No returns will be made for subjective reasons.
