Founder

Andréanne Marquis, also the founder of WOMANCE, is a young woman with an avant-garde and go-getting personality. She has unquestionable flair and a penchant for turning great ideas into successful businesses. Her loyal clientele base has been following her entrepreneurial adventures since 2015. Andréanne leads her team masterfully and excels at establishing new relationships with interesting vendors and other allies to help grow the company. .

Work with a talented multidisciplinary team located in the facilities of Espace Innovation Chauveau, alongside our sister company Womance. Social involvement is a key principle of our company. Every year, Sans-Façon and Womance implement several initiatives to help various organizations in the greater Quebec City region. All employees on both sides pitch in to contribute on and make a difference in our community (preparing lunch boxes, fundraising, etc.).

We offer fun team activities or outings several times a year and also sometimes like to provide our team members with meals.
