It acts as both a preventive and maintenance measure, nourishing the ends to limit breakage. For existing split ends, it temporarily softens and smoothes the fiber, but it is not a substitute for a haircut.
Can hair oil be mixed with a hair mask for a more intense treatment?
We actually recommend applying the hair mask first, followed by the hair oil as a finishing touch. Used together, these two treatments maximize their benefits without being diluted.
Can hair oil be used before a blowout or straightening as heat protection?
No, hair oil is not a substitute for a heat protectant. It hydrates the ends and protects against external aggressions, but for heat protection, using a heat-protecting treatment is essential!
