1. Organizer — The "5th Anniversary" contest is organized by Sans-Façon Cosmétiques ("the Organizer").
2. Eligibility — Open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sans-Façon Cosmétiques, their business partners, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Contest Period — From September 28, 2026 (9:00 AM ET) to October 5, 2026 (11:59 PM ET). Any entries received outside this period will be rejected.
4. How to Enter — Fill out the entry form on this page with a valid first name and email address. Only one entry per person / email address will be accepted. Additional entry conditions (e.g., following the account, liking, or commenting on the post) may be announced in the official Instagram contest post and must be completed in addition to registering on this page.
5. The Prize — One (1) prize bundle consisting of the items listed above, one copy of each, in the available size. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Approximate total value: $380 CAD.
6. Winner Selection — The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on October 6, 2026. The winner will be notified by email and/or Instagram direct message within 5 days of the draw, and must respond within 5 days of notification; otherwise, another winner may be selected. The winner's name will be announced on Sans-Façon Cosmétiques' Instagram account.
7. Use of Information — Collected email addresses will be used to administer the contest and to subscribe to the Sans-Façon Cosmétiques newsletter, in accordance with the Sans-Façon Cosmétiques privacy policy. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time without affecting your contest eligibility.
8. Liability — By participating, each entrant accepts these official rules and releases the Organizer from any liability related to their participation or the use of the prize. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
