How do I get points?
- Create an account = 100 points
- Place an order = 1 point for every $1
- Write a review = 25 points (maximum of 5 reviews per month)
- Follow on TikTok = 50 points
- Follow on Instagram = 50 points
- Celebrate a birthday = 200 points You must claim your points during your birthday month to get your reward. (Please note that you must enter your birth date at least 30 days before it to get your reward)
To get points, you must create a customer account before to make purchases participate.
*If you followed us on TikTok or Instagram before creating your account, you can still get your points in the ''How to earn points'' section once you log into your account.
What rewards can I get by redeeming my points?
- 200 points = $10 off
- 400 points = $20 off
- 500 points = $25 off
Coupons cannot be combined with product discounts, order discounts or shipping discounts.
How do I redeem points?
- Log into your customer account.
- Click on ''My Rewards'' in the menu.
- Click on ''How to redeem points?''and then claim your reward by clicking on the desired coupon.
- Copy the promo code and apply it to your cart.
Do points expire?
No, points do not expire.
However, once you select a coupon the generated code must be used within six months.
How do I share my referral code?
Share the referral link to your friends and get a $10 off coupon once they place an order. Your friends get 10% off by using the referral link.
How do the rewards tiers work?
Actively participating in the rewards program each year allows you to unlock new benefits within the different tiers.
Minimalist = Up to $250 in purchases per year
- 1 point per $ of purchases
- Exclusive promotions (2X the points, etc.)
Devoted = Between $250 and $500 in purchases per year
- 1 point per $ of purchases
- Exclusive promotions (2X the points, etc.)
- Early announcement of launches
- Early access to promotions
Rebel = More than $500 in purchases per year
- 1 point per $ of purchases
- Exclusive promotions (2X the points, etc)
- Premium announcement of launches
- Premium access to promotions
- Exclusive contests and gifts
The level acquired during the year is renewed the following year.
